Last Cast Lures was born in Ontario, Canada from a passion for musky fishing and a desire to create something different.
After years of throwing dive-and-rise jerkbaits, I saw something missing from the market — a downsized dive-and-rise with the realistic profile of natural forage. I wanted to combine the proven triggering action of a traditional dive-and-rise with a modern, baitfish-inspired body.
That idea became The Levitator.
The Levitator is a 5.5-inch downsized dive-and-rise musky lure built for the days when fish simply don’t want to cooperate.
Its realistic fish profile separates it from the traditional block-style bodies commonly found in the dive-and-rise category, while its compact size gives pressured and inactive muskies a smaller, easier target.
Designed to dive on the pull and rise on the pause, The Levitator creates the appearance of vulnerable prey — giving following muskies an opportunity to react and commit.
It’s especially effective around shallow structure, weed edges, cabbage, pockets and flats, where its controllable action allows you to work the bait through high-percentage water and keep it in the strike zone.
